CA United to Join Forces With TKO for Super Y Thu, Dec 6th, 2007
TKO Premier Soccer Club is pleased to announce that the CA United Soccer Club will join forces with TKO for Super Y in 2008. CA United has been in existence since 1980, and is known as the best and largest premier soccer program in the Lansing area, and one of the top soccer clubs in Michigan.
Super Y Tryout Dates & Times Announced Mon, Nov 26th, 2007
TKO Premier will be holding tryouts for its Super Y program on December 22nd, 2007 at the SoccerZone in Oshtemo. We are looking to form team in the age groups listed below. We will also being forming a U20 boys team. Age groups could be added if the demand exists. If your age group is not listed, please come and tryout for the next age group up. There is NO cost to tryout.
The coaching roster will be Neil Ridgway, Todd Wells, Rich Labadie, Jake Gillengerten, Rob Allison, Matt McCullogh, and Mike Garrett. Coaching assignments will be determined at a later date. Other coaches from area clubs, as well as, Sheffield Wednesday, may be added as needed.

Players should wear a white t-shirt, and bring water, a soccer ball, indoor (or turf) shoes, and shin guards.

About the USL Super Y-League Thu, Nov 1st, 2007
The future of soccer lives in the USL Super Y-League, a professionalized system that is the first step for developing elite youth soccer players in North America. Affiliated with U.S. Soccer and partnered with U.S. Club Soccer, the league is designed for talented youth players destined for professional or international careers. The league contains the youth academies of USL First Division, USL Second Division, Premier Development League, W-League, and Major League Soccer clubs, as well as many of the established premier youth clubs. Through Olympic Development Program status events such as the North American Finals and ODP National Camps, the nation’s top players are identified for selection to U.S. National Team Programs. The 2007 campaign features over 800 teams within the U13 – U17 boys and girls age groups competing within nine geographic divisions of the U.S. and Canada.
