I have been a “soccer mom” since 1998. I began my soccer career with my daughter at AYSO Region 212, where she eventually played on a newly developed AYSO travel team. From there we moved to TKO in the fall of 2002. I became the team manager in 2003, and joined the TKO Board of Directors as the Board Secretary in January of 2005. I have been on the KISS committee for the last 3 years, as the coordinator of the TKO volunteers.
Outside of the soccer community, I am an employee of the State of Michigan, currently working within the Department of Human Services. I have over 24 years of seniority, of which the last 21 have been working as an administrative assistant in one capacity or another.
I look forward to working with the new TKO Board of Directors. I feel as though we are moving in a positive direction, with some very motivated individuals, and will bring about some new and exciting experiences for the families involved with TKO.
